After almost 8 years in the
international modeling world, it was Oli’s decision to head to Singapore that
propelled his career to new heights. With TV shows for the environment, sport
and gadgets behind him, Oli caught the attention of the major networks with the
highly acclaimed ‘Technomax’ shorts on Animax/AXN. 
 
The improvisational, comedic nature
of the show appealed to Oli’s natural showmanship and overwhelming desire to
make people laugh. The rampant success of ‘Technomax’ allowed Oli to return as
host for the second season of the primetime show ‘Sony Style; TV Magazine’  (Season Two) on AXN, a role he had
originally been forced to turn down for its first year run. 
 
The success of ‘Sony Style’ across 20
countries and on the screens of  potentially 30 million households turned Oli into one the
region’s leading rising stars. His career continued to rocket to new heights
hosting shows for Lonely Planet, Channel News Asia, Channel V, Star World, HBO,
Cinemax and AXN – appearing on 4 international networks in the same week as
well as making appearances in almost every AXN production.
